The wiper-bar, version zero.

Most rooftop solar doesn’t really need cleaning — on a tilted roof, rain does most of the job. What rain can’t shift is the grime that actually costs you: pollen, bird droppings, the cemented dust and organic growth that bake into hotspots and warranty claims. And the only way to deal with that today is to get on your roof, or pay someone who will.

So we designed something that never asks you to. A rain-powered wiper-bar: a brush-and-squeegee bar that lives on the array, runs on captured rainwater and its own solar, and sweeps itself clean on a schedule — then parks and wind-locks. It clamps to the panel frames (no holes in your roof), can’t fall off — that’s geometry, not software — and won’t scratch the glass.

This is the low-fidelity design model — deliberately rough — we built to get the proportions and the moving parts right before a single bracket exists.
